Terms and Conditions of Sale Delivery and Returns
Top Cuts Hairdressing want you to be totally satisfied with the products you purchase from our web site.
While great care will be taken with your order, we know that things can occasionally go wrong, should you in any way be dissatisfied with your order please read our Terms of Sale below.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 7 days of receipt.
Please inform us by email at sales@topcuts.co.uk stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details in the email.
A refund will be issued provided the products have not been used, are in as new condition and suitable for resale.
All Postage and Packaging charges will be met by the customer.
Faulty / Incorrect product
Please notify Top Cuts Hairdressing by email to sales@topcuts.co.uk of any damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of dispatch, including all order details.
We will reply and you will be issued a returns number. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
We will send your replacement product as soon as we have received the damaged or incorrect item back and we will cover all postage costs.
Missing Items
If in the unlikely event a product is missing, please inform us by email at sales@topcuts.co.uk within 48 hours of dispatch including all order details.
We will send the product and pay all postage costs.
Un-Wanted Goods
If you wish to return un-wanted goods after 7 days we have the right to refuse.
Please inform us by email at sales@topcuts.co.uk stating 'Unwanted Goods' as the subject title and include all order details in the email.
If under special circumstances we agree to accept the un-wanted and unused items, you will be liable for postage costs and charged a administration fee of £4.00.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, the postage charge will be met by the customer, free delivery will not apply.
The return of the unwanted items is at your own risk, we recommend using Royal mail Recorded delivery.
When we receive the returned goods we will invoice you, or refund to you any price amendments including return postage and dispatch after payment has cleared
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery
Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, usually next working day.
Delivery usually within 2 - 7 days. You will receive an email confirming the date and time your parcel was dispatched.

A courier of our choice
A signature may be required on delivery and please make allowances for public holidays and weekends. We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
We always obtain a proof of postage.

Some items may be packaged differently to the images displayed on this website, the product remains the same but manufacturers do change the packaging from time to time.
